6.7 - Although 0.7 higher than yesterday, and knowing what I ATE yesterday I can FULLY accept that. Truly, 6.7, I really got off lightly. I was thinking more 7.5 or an 8 . Moving forward...

Here’s a chart showing target blood glucose ranges, and a link to an article on this site. 4.3 this morning.

It is after 2 days of fasting so kind of expected number. I broke my fast at 63 hours mark and today will be an eating day so reading tomorrow is the one to watch out for.
