Sure, but you’d already started from a low BG - I didn’t. Could be that my normals in the sticky sixes is just too high to allow a faster descent. A kind of momentum.

Great going...Diabetes can be infuriating at times and no logic whatsoever often BUT it doesnt stay the same for long one way or another, at least in my world.

Today it was 8 but I know why.

Ate some lebanese bread wrap with chicken although was only half and drunk some blood orange juice with dinner amazing how you have more carbs and so called healthy juice throughout the day how your BSL is affected.

I was beginning to think that my meter was stuck as I had 5.4 on Monday and a repetitive run of 5.2 from Tuesday - Thursday but it’s now unstuck and I got a 4.7 this morning.
