What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

A whopping 11.8 after 2 mince pies last night (my kryptonite!)
@ianpspurs, take care, I hope the MRI goes well.
Thanks. No Swipey means a free hit of my annual slice of well buttered Pannetone today. Take care? I'm heartily sick of doing that which is why I hope the MRI prompts some action. If not I'll just have to grow old as nicely as I can.

It is my aim to grow old totally disgracefully!!!!!!

Still delicate after the spewing episode. The good news is all my covid tests are negative. Not so good is that I am in deficit of the December mile thing. Will rectify that as soon as I come out of hibernation. That could mean December madness in March / April. ;). Though possibly will double up on the miles as soon as feeling up to it, so the mean average for December will still work.
Well done everyone for keeping on with the keeping on, especially those currently incapacitated. Special mention to @ianpspurs for stoicism and humour under duress. Good wishes from me , too, for the MRI scan, and results. Though I still can’t sanction all that tea drinking. Oh and the football team?! :D;):bag:

DP still toying with me. Yesterday 7.2, today 7.1. My aim for 6s by end of week is in the balance. Did I mean by weekend? When does week end? In this instance I define that as midnight Sunday.:) Still striving.

Hug for the nausea, fbgs, poor taste in hot beverages and lack of appreciation for pure class - those white shirts, that stadium:D Thanks for the good wishes. Humour? How very dare you accuse me of that. JKP would make a puddle laughing at the word stoicism - IDK why:D Gently does it for the miles.

5.3 this morning but that was after 3 cups of tea and fasting. Just had dinner and took reading before - 5.4 either my meter is stuck or my levels are starting to stabilise a little, I hope ;)

Good morning
We have a match Larry & contour agreeing on 6.3
Went to a hotel bar with hubby, daughter & boyfriend last night, 1st time for months, not had any alcohol since May, 2 elderberry gin & tonics, suffering from hangover now, gomad mile will be done
Good luck @ianpspurs hope today goes well
Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone
