These are my readings this morning:

    6.0 fasting

30 mins walking afterwards, I think it's the exercise that's improving my levels. That, and less stress and tiredness.

    5.6 @ 2 hours

7.2. Not bad, considering by late night BG was 7.4. Maybe Dawn Phenomenon is in remission???

Hi :) Here are my readings for this morning:

    5.7 fasting
30 mins exercise - does exercise put your BGs up? I rather thought it brought them down.
    6.6 @ 2 hours

Have a nice day everyone :)

Yesterday 4.9 and today 5.3. Who was it that opened a box of chocolates I was given as a thank you even though he knew I don't? Visiting daughter that is who.
She did help me make goat's milk fetta cheese which was a success but the homogenised cow's milk cheddar was not. Going to have to find a back street dairy. Here they milk cannot be sold direct to the public.

Yesterday - 5.8 at 07:00. A long day - about 6 hours driving with a couple of breaks. Did 200+ miles - I'm getting too old for this!

Today - 5.7 at 08:00. After a 'treat' supper last night - Tesco shepherd's pie  - I'm happy with that.

    11.9 - (Usually in the 7-9)

it's now 2wks since my op for stage 2 Ovarian Endometriosis and cyst removal. I understand I'll still be healing. I'm more concerned about the 2hours + post meal readings that are in their 20s which are still occuring (no Ketones). So off to the Diabetes nurse I go today :)
