Had breakfast at 6.30 before gym yesterday, 3 meals & 2 snacks & never went higher than sixes, well happy
rest day today

Thank you, 1st time ever, think taking medication & eating breakfast before b/s had a chance to rise helped
Pleased you’re FBG is coming down on the new meds & the renovation is going well

0815 it was 7.1 . Checked after again after 1hr and it was 6.3. Went to bed on a 6 after a late dinner

Gave up trying to sleep around 3:00. Came downstairs and watched half of Supervet and a rehoming dog show. Finally went back to bed around 4:15 after trying to get some rest but it just didn't work mind was just too busy. Got up around 06:30 - FBG 5.7. At 3:15 they were 5.3.Going to be an interesting if not very lively day.
