Morning all. Went to bed on a 6.9. Very happy. After a bad night (I have a hospital appt today which I'm not looking forward to), it was 9.4 at 7am. Hopefully it will calm down when I do! I'm a bit

Gave up trying to sleep around 3:00. Came downstairs and watched half of Supervet and a rehoming dog show. Finally went back to bed around 4:15 after trying to get some rest but it just didn't work mind was just too busy. Got up around 06:30 - FBG 5.7. At 3:15 they were 5.3.Going to be an interesting if not very lively day.
