What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all. Bedtime 9.4. This morning 8.8. Had a bad night and am not feeling up to the mark so that's probably why. Have a good day folks.
 
Had a 5.9 this morning and two 6.0 when i retested so ill log a 6.0 . First time with these lower numbers . I can only attribute it to a 30km cycle yesterday but my legs are feeling it . Off into work on a bit on overtime enjoy you day folks

After being woken up 4 times in the night by libre saying 3.9 (normally goes back up by itself) by the time I’d walked downstairs & found test kit it had come back up
Now sat with a mug of tea & it’s still dark outside

Morning All. 7.9 which is awful for me. I succombed to a thick slice of wholemeal bread and butter at lunchtime yesterday so that may be the culprit. Need to rein things in today for sure. Hold on tight all of us I think. Happy Saturday.
