Morning all. Bedtime 7.2. AM 7.3. Had a really bad night too
I have only started to get in the 5s very recently and still get the six region also. I know exactly how you feel as I felt the same but it will get better You are doing so well. Lots of hugs to you xxxx6.6 this morning . Mid 6's seem to be the norm for me . I get envious see and the much lower fbg than mine. I think I've only seen 1 reading inthe 5's since starting this journey and then I wouldn't have been eating properly and still would of have more weight on me so where am I going wrong. Brilliant news which is a reward for your hard work. Your daily fbgs suggest that machine isn't far off.Hi all just had my work medical a year since diagnosed as I work safety critical job my reading this morning 4.9 medical 5.9 did have cappuccino with chocolate
They have a hba1c machine finger prick test which was 33 mmol not sure how accurate but normally have to see me once a year but doctor said now once every 3years sorry if this is wrong post but makes efforts worth while x

Yep covid booster can definitely do that...10.8 - My numbers this pre bed. Should this be happening after a COVID booster? I watched it creep up from this afternoon. And my shoulder hurts like hell too. Ugh….
