What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all from a frigid Nova Scotia, -17c at the moment. Even my Great Pyrenees, Polar, came right back inside after his morning bark at the world. 7.3 for me this morning down from 10.1 last night.

morning all, shock , an fbg of 8.5 . Hopfully it's just from stress . I have been up since 4am due to anxiety as I have an interview for a new role in my job so I'm putting it down to that . Fingers crossed that's all it is that the highest I've ever recorded. Have a good day everyone
Good luck with your interview.

8.2 this morning, which is better than yesterday.
Who would have believed, a year ago, that I would be celebrating being in the hateful eights. :p
Good news is that I got through, unscathed, day one of fast 800 keto, and feel fine.

Morning all, we are on a severe weather warning here in the Canadian Maritimes. Some might call it a cold snap, but the weather folks are calling it a polar vortex. We are to expect -28c later with strong winds leading to wind chill temps of -42c. I haven't seen those temps since I left Québec. And on that chilly note my fbg's were a stubborn 7.7 down from 9.4 last night. Happy Friday everyone.

Foot to floor bg was 7.7! Woke up abruptly again - who has a window cleaner around in winter at 6:30am! Took reading an hour later 6.3 so happy with that, now doing intermittent fasting but not on my work out days.
Just checked 15 mins ago and I am finally in the 5s yay!

We have over the years contemplated moving to Canada but I think it would be a bit too cold judging by those temps!
