We have over the years contemplated moving to Canada but I think it would be a bit too cold judging by those temps!

Lol yes the weather can get extremely cold in the winter, other than the south western corner of British Columbia, and very hot in the summers. I am looking forward to living in North Wales later this year. There is a lot to be said for a temperate climate with no extreme weather events.

Got me there. Too slow to pick up on Freekeh Friday. Attached is pretty much the basis of 80%+ of my main daily meals. Don't shop at T though.

My fast 800 keto regime is my last ditch attempt to wrestle control back from that wretched Dawn Phenomenen. She has been putting up a heck of a fight, but I am scoring plenty of points in this round, so far.
Fasting yesterday 7.7. Today 6.9.
Dropped a few kg, and feel really well.

5.6 this morning. A larger meal than normal. But still good.
Small can baked beans, mushrooms cooked in olive oil and spice, salad with lettuce tomato cucumber and cashew cheese with balsamic vinigar.. then I had vegan coconut plain yoghurt, with some strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries and sugar free maple flavoured syrup.
