What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi ho, high ho its up to 5.4 I go. No lighty 'cos I no likey but Super Salmon Salad Today so stuff the fbg. @Pipp hug for 800 routine but winner for the motivation. @DEBBIESCOTT in awe of your work ethic. @Overwhelmed hope the interview went well. @PenguinMum hug for fbgs but winner just for being you. Lol yes the weather can get extremely cold in the winter, other than the south western corner of British Columbia, and very hot in the summers. I am looking forward to living in North Wales later this year. There is a lot to be said for a temperate climate with no extreme weather events.
 
Morning all 4.7 - in the right postcode. Just need to find out where the actual fbg I ordered was delivered. Thanks @PenguinMum and good news on leaving those dolorous regions. @mojo37 the funny was for the word lush - do behave. What's worse is it was a roast dinner Y'all have a good day now, ya hear.

Got me there. Too slow to pick up on Freekeh Friday. Attached is pretty much the basis of 80%+ of my main daily meals. Don't shop at T though.

My fast 800 keto regime is my last ditch attempt to wrestle control back from that wretched Dawn Phenomenen. She has been putting up a heck of a fight, but I am scoring plenty of points in this round, so far.
Fasting yesterday 7.7. Today 6.9.
Dropped a few kg, and feel really well.
Thanks for encoraging comment @ianpspurs .
 
5.6 this morning. A larger meal than normal. But still good.
Small can baked beans, mushrooms cooked in olive oil and spice, salad with lettuce tomato cucumber and cashew cheese with balsamic vinigar.. then I had vegan coconut plain yoghurt, with some strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries and sugar free maple flavoured syrup.
