Morning all. 5.3 via Swipey which doesn't float my boat but hey ho. @Estragon rest up now you are home. @Meryt4973 @PenguinMum put it excellently. Could be fun to see what, if anything, immunotherapy does to bg. I don't intend to eat their biscuits or drink their coffee, wonderfully kind though that is. Have a great day if at all possible.

Late post, fbg 7.2 . My DP seem to want to stay high for me . I had breakfast at 10.30am and 2 hrs later I was 5.8

FBG Libre 6.9 - that 3am climb was definitely evident on the graph though especially since i’m currently basal testing.

6.0 this morning woah where did that come from? I had roasted veg and topped it with hummus. Butternut squash, onion, tomato, cauliflower, cabbage and celery. Mushrooms stuffed with vegan chicken strips spring onion and vegan cheese. And I had a large handful of nuts earlier as I only had the one meal yesterday.

Morning all, didn't test when got up but now 7.7 so don't know if they were higher or not but knowing my recent numbers I'd say higher. Keto pizza tonight for dunner as having a family quiz and drinks night at our so we'll see how tomorrow's are.
