What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.0 this morning woah where did that come from? I had roasted veg and topped it with hummus. Butternut squash, onion, tomato, cauliflower, cabbage and celery. Mushrooms stuffed with vegan chicken strips spring onion and vegan cheese. And I had a large handful of nuts earlier as I only had the one meal yesterday.
