I well remember when I worked in the NHS, (large hospital) there was a guy on our IT team who had had a triple bypass, he was in his mid 50s and used to run all over the place, up flights of stairs, the lot, you couldn't stop him running used to show us up. He said it was because he felt so well compared to how he had felt prior to the op. He was completely re-energised - I'm wishing the same for you. 5.00 here. I'm sure you know that Libre gives silly readings for some time after hot showers so I'd ignore that unless it was a cold shower/ice bath. No idea what they do to Swipey.Good morning
