5.9 FBG this morning, it was 5.8 last night after a good chicken dinner with roasted squash, chuffed with that. Good start to the week.

Morning all. 5.6 from the nearly used hence far less accurate sensor. Entirely possible but not to my liking if so. @PenguinMum at least the lawn was shown some love after the encounter with #Angeball. Don't suppose for one minute I'm loving Angeball instead would go down well chez vous Your rugby boys answered the call magnificently Saturday - best anthem of all. Take care everyone.

sorry forgot to post and I was a little disappointed with the reading of 7! Back from holiday but obviously still getting the Cornish nasty out of my system…..well that’s my excuse!

Morning all! FBG this lovely Tuesday morning is 5.7!

It's not consistent yet, but I have been seeing readings in the 5s pretty frequently lately! It has been years since I've seen numbers like that! In April, I was seeing FBG between 8.5 and 11, and if I tried to fast, it went up and up and up until I ate. (Cortisol?) Now I wonder...are 4s possible for me? Oh, I do hope so! I can't fix the damage the highs did, but I would like to arrest it where it is.
