Morning all. 5.6 from the nearly used hence far less accurate sensor. Entirely possible but not to my liking if so. @PenguinMum at least the lawn was shown some love after the encounter with #Angeball. Morning all! FBG this lovely Tuesday morning is 5.7!

It's not consistent yet, but I have been seeing readings in the 5s pretty frequently lately! It has been years since I've seen numbers like that! In April, I was seeing FBG between 8.5 and 11, and if I tried to fast, it went up and up and up until I ate. (Cortisol?) Now I wonder...are 4s possible for me? Oh, I do hope so! I can't fix the damage the highs did, but I would like to arrest it where it is.
