What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all. 7.6 this morning after a very tiring but enjoyable weekend. Forgot to take my monitor so have only todays reading. Have a good week folks. @MissMuffett, I also Googled Metformin and have stopped taking it. They are going to test me for Vitamin B12 deficiency (when they get round to it!).
If I stop taking it my BG steadily goes up! Ive been taking a B vitamin supplement so hoping that’s made a difference. If not I’ll have a chat with my GP

Morning!
5.8 on this manky day. Off for covid jab - have to go 10 miles to next town as our health centre is not participating this year. I had no problem with the flu jab so here's hoping...
Have a great day
I found out my local chemist are doing walk in session for flu and covid jabs. It saved me going 15 miles to the suggested centre!

Morning all. Bedtime 7.1 (improvement) and this morning 7.3. @MissMuffett, mine did too. I'm trying to keep under 20/30g of carbs a day to keep it down. My problem is, I can't exercise so don't have that help. Will keep trying tho. Have a good day folks :)
It makes such a difference to my BG if I do plenty of walking ( not that I have done much lately ) Are there any seated exercises you can do ie with light weights to build muscle etc .

Morning, Tuesday people!

A gratifying 5.5 on the FP this morning. I sabotaged the overnight Libre reading by leaving my phone in my car last night. On catching up with it, I see it was around 6.6 and rising but that was after I’d been turning the house upside down for the phone! Then I went for a swim so I’m ahead on the exercise front so far today.
