@Ashybang You are doing great! Once you get your head round what could be a problem food, it’s plain sailing! Just take a look at where you were 2 weeks ago!An early to bed followed by first good sleep in days gives me an 8.4 mmol reading on waking at 5.15 am.
Happy with that.
Now the challenge for the day is keeping the readings on the low side, with no daft readings in the twenties mmol.
Ahh coffee ...... Best drink of the day is the first and I have mine now.

I love chocolate too, but find the 100% way too strong. Might be best to work your way up to it via the 70, 85 and 90% that are readily available...and cheaper. Check out aldi and lidlOff to the supermarket today and will find the 100% cocoa chocolate.
I can't wait to give it a try, next time I hanker after a sweet fix.
