What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Thank you for the good wishes I've received. They are all appreciated.

BG 9.1 mmol.
Had stents to open up artery.
Senior Surgeon refused heart by-pass operation.
They're fixing me up a little bit at a time by the look of things.
It has stopped the intense pressure attacks in the head I was getting, which was distressing and literally thought I was dying whenever I had attack.
Now that's cleared I'm well happy .

Best news is I'm Going Home today.....
YaY........

Hey Guy! Sounds like they've got the best plan for you. Are you staying in the Hospital?
Sorry I'm so late replying Estragon.
Heads been all over the place during last few days.
I was an inpatient for around 5 days yes, while they did various scans and angiograms and mri scans.
I'm so glad, they identified a problem and treated me for it.
HOME today is the good vibe Estragon......☺

7.3mmols at 8am meh! I can tell I’m eating too many carbs without the finger pricks. Night sweats, not sleeping well, indigestion (which I haven’t had for at least a year) and my mood is low. It seems wasteful to throw out all the heavy carb food that’s left from Christmas but I think it has to be done!

I keep thinking it’s Sunday. Have a lovely Thursday everyone x
