I am going to advise that this thread is not for the faint-hearted. If you feel you can post your morning BS then feel free but do not lets turn this into members feeling bad because they dont achieve similar figures and not "having a go" because we all work at different levels and what works for you may not work for someone else.
PLEASE remember that it is about just keeping in touch...... not comparing!

12 today but maybe lower tomorrow, don't give up. I like this forum because I can see how some others are struggling and finding it difficult to fathom the ups and downs of their readings. I can get high readings just eating like a caterpillar for a few days and find it baffling at times. However there is good advice to be had here and the knowledge that we are all in the same situation fighting the same disease in our own way. Keep at it and don't despair.
