What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

As a first step I'd ditch the watermelon, if I were you. Its high sugar content doesn't do us any favours.

Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and black currants are safe options. Together with full-fat Greek-style yoghurt or double cream if liked (not Elmlea!), they make a pleasant way to round off a meal

Btw, there's a bumper crop of wild blackberries this Summer available for free!
