Could you have grown used to larger portions on holiday? @ChrisT27.6 at 0800 this morning, Better than yesterday but all day readings are at least 2 points higher than before my holiday, something spooky going on in the background.![]()
You must have needed an extra two hours sleep @Bcgirl. Whatever the reason, it might be an idea to take a day off from the gym as you say and take it easy.5.9 this morning. Was feeling off yesterday, not sure whether it was allergies or a cold. Felt ok this morning but I was certainly lethargic at the gym and could have fallen asleep in yoga. Came home, ate and went to bed…slept for 2.5 hours! Feeling better now, maybe it’s time to take a day off the gym and just rest….silly girl!
Happy fall!
Maybe you have an infection " brewing " hope not but it could explain things .7.6 at 0800 this morning, Better than yesterday but all day readings are at least 2 points higher than before my holiday, something spooky going on in the background.![]()
I answered to your previous message before seeing this one ....so mystery solved then .8.3 this morning but anomaly solved thank goodness as I thought I was heading for an unknown health disaster.
Medication has been changed since returning and no longer have alogliptin, now just metformin only. Completely forgot change of pill formulation as recommended by the DN a few months back.
Might be an idea to start a medical diary @ChrisT2. This record keeping may seem tedious, but helped me no end to understand what was going on, so well worth doing, IMO.@LivingLightly, good advice but strangely enough I can usually control the things I eat. My problem is my forgetfulness and the stuff they put on my medication.![]()
