5.9 this morning. Was feeling off yesterday, not sure whether it was allergies or a cold. Felt ok this morning but I was certainly lethargic at the gym and could have fallen asleep in yoga. Came home, ate and went to bed…slept for 2.5 hours! Feeling better now, maybe it’s time to take a day off the gym and just rest….silly girl!
Happy fall!

You must have needed an extra two hours sleep @Bcgirl. Whatever the reason, it might be an idea to take a day off from the gym as you say and take it easy.

Yes, it's officially Autumn.

8.3 this morning but anomaly solved thank goodness as I thought I was heading for an unknown health disaster.
Medication has been changed since returning and no longer have alogliptin, now just metformin only. Completely forgot change of pill formulation as recommended by the DN a few months back.

7.1 at 8am!
I couldn’t sleep last night so decided to make mayonnaise! Who in their right mind would make mayonnaise at midnight  Anyway, starting a 3 day (hopefully I’ll stick it out!) fat fast today to kick start my weight loss, bring my BG down and try to get rid of the sweet cravings.

Have a happy Monday everyone x

@LivingLightly, good advice but strangely enough I can usually control the things I eat. My problem is my forgetfulness and the stuff they put on my medication.
Might be an idea to start a medical diary @ChrisT2. This record keeping may seem tedious, but helped me no end to understand what was going on, so well worth doing, IMO.
