Morning All 8.2 today 8.4 yesterday but after a night of no sleep with a griping tummy. I am having to really dial down the fats due to other conditions esp enzyme replacement. All I want atm is LC toast cooled with butter! I can empathise with @JoKalsbeek re FBG but like others I just need to keep up that routine. Stay well, get well and stay safe everyone.
