Gosh they must be eggs laid by the "Golden Goose". Ours are about £2.79 or thereabouts for a dozen free range. Or if you are prepared to make do with barn eggs, I have seen them as low as £1.33 for 10. Haven't checked the exchange rate but that's got to be a whole lot "cheaper". (Groan!)Morning all, 5 mmol/L this morning.
I am a heavy egg eater. The price of eggs went up because of bird flu. Here in California from $3 per dozen to about $13 per dozen, not sure about UK.
