What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.11 Thursday morning at 5am. Cloudy and cold weather again. Living in California I worry about two things, my bg and tariffs, other than that life is good. Have a nice day everyone.

Ohhh…tariffs….honestly, why? What a dang mess
i forget what I was today…six point something….showers and warmish, I picked rocks today as hubby has the yard dug up for sprinklers.
 
7.4 this morning at 0500
Hoping by posting again I can get back on track.
I'm afraid I've let things slip back in the old ways carbs and sweet tooth back again I've put a lot of weight back on by low carbs and fasting.
Testing on tee2 again yesterday I stayed in the sevens until midday then a 5.4 at about 3 pm then 5.1 at 5pm and 6.7 at 8 o'clock
 
 
6.1 this foggy amd wet morning. I have been to the gym, but it was a gentle workout as I could feel my back today after moving a pile of rocks from our yard yesterday. Just now the sun came out….so nice!
A1C to be tested next week. Not expecting any miracles as we were on holidays for four weeks and the food was not perfect. Testing numbers during the day have been pretty good but still…always a battle.

never been a fan of hospital food, last time around was 'ok' most of my stay. brightside about hospital food, i'm a creature of habbit and did eat a couple of things that i wouldn't of usually surprised actually enjoyed a couple of veggies that have steered clear of

6.4 for me this morning (libre). After yesterdays several low and indeed high alerts hoping today is more of a normality. dropped down to 2.9 ended up high 17 (probably overcomponsated... sorta panic drank around 1/2 a bottle of coca-cola (full sugar) still was low after what felt like an entirity, still sub 3.5, grabbed a couple of jelly babies and downed the rest of the bottle of coke, followed up by couple of digestive biscuits. around hour later 17+. Prob is a good idea for me to set a 15 min timer or something and ensure to wait til alarm goes off so i don't over do. Took a correctional dose +1 fast acting with my evening meal. Off out swimming when no insulin on board local pool, hoping staff are ok like the last pool i went to
