What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Sun? We’ve been missing it for sure! I usually have all my tomatoes and peppers in the ground by now….but it’s still chilly at night. I actually was going to plant them today but right now it’s raining.
blood was 6.3 today, it was all very the place yesterday for no good reason. Sometimes I just have a bad pancreas day.
its mid afternoon and I’m currently sipping on a butter coffee….its that kind of day.

5.1 libre pretty shocked tbh considering had a kids Mac n cheese followed up by a couple scoops of Nutella ice-cream. Day trip with loads of walking along the promenade. Clear blue skies. Run of weather been awesome. Image of the last ocean going paddle steamer in the world called the Waverley. Hoping next Sunday weather is nice will be on it for the day

New sensor yesterday lots blood no idea why. Fingers dont like the new sensor going to harass Dsn for sensor that can calibrate to finger prick blood glucose levels. Ate a whole pile of **** to try stop alarms woken up several times with them.

Libre currently says 5.6 I'm thinking more likely 8+

Hopefully sensor settles down first couple of days can be so off for me

First bbq of the year yesterday. A friend came round and it was a sunny Sunday afternoon

I had a Tesco finest sirloin in fridge and we bought an Asda finest sirloin and lit a fire.

There’s something I really enjoy about charcoal grilling. Both flavour wise and pleasure of cooking outside. Personally I preferred the Tesco steak it was thicker and tastier .

With the steak I ate an avocado. The first vegetable I’ve eaten in many months.
Also drank half a bottle of red and a large brandy

It was a feast

This morning I’m getting five point five on the contour next
