Good morning! 4.66 on Humpday morning, light rain . Two months ago I got a gel shot on my left knee. It sounds like I am doing a lot better than before, which is awesome.Knee shots help 60-70% people, it’s great that it’s helped me feel better. I am being very cautious using stairs. I had a 2.9 the other night had to wait a while for it to go up I felt ok so I assumed it was a blip .

5.4 this morning, blood prick as I put a new Dexcom on last night and I don’t trust it for 24 hours (although it’s been good this time).
Frost this morning, garden is a disaster.
Gym this morning, but I wasn’t feeling well about halfway through, so I left. Feel fine now…no idea.

7.4 this morning but was expected owing to chasing garden furniture around in the early hours of this morning. Forgot to secure things before the wind and rain of latest storm hit around 4am and decided to re-arrange things rather noisily. Hope the neighbours never got a glimpse of a semi naked lunatic cursing the wind and the weather, collecting garden chairs and blown over plant pots.

Nearly gave you a funny at the thought of you chasing around the garden - But I bet it wasn't. We seem to have missed the wind in my area. For which I am very thankful.

Hmmm.6.3 blood test, 5.2 Dexcom….very unusual. I’ll go with the higher number, sadly.
Did abs and yoga today, nice workout. It’s cloudy and windy today…cool also.
