Good morning! 4.66 on Humpday morning, light rain 
. Two months ago I got a gel shot on my left knee. It sounds like I am doing a lot better than before, which is awesome.Knee shots help 60-70% people, it’s great that it’s helped me feel better. I am being very cautious using stairs. Have a nice day everyone.

5.4 this morning, blood prick as I put a new Dexcom on last night and I don’t trust it for 24 hours (although it’s been good this time).
Frost this morning, garden is a disaster.
Gym this morning, but I wasn’t feeling well about halfway through, so I left. Feel fine now…no idea.
