Good luck!6.4!I can only put it down to stress because carbs low. Had a 12 hour day yesterday teaching, marking etc and the same due today. Wish me luck!

erm, 9 at 9am...was 5.7 before bed at 11.30...I had quite a big meal last night (LCHF of course) and also ate lunch yesterday, which I don't normally do these days (was feeling the hunger yesterday). I also dropped my tresiba by 2u, as I've been a touch on the low side each morning (LOL), so 9 if what I get

It's gonna be messy. I missed my Lantus dose by almost 4 hours and I was already above 12 before I settled into bed with a correction dose.
I wish I could just use "1 unit = drops 2 mmol" as a rule of thumb, but the fact that it can be 2 OR 3 makes me unsure of what I should do for correction doses since that's a pretty big difference.
e: as of this morning, back to 7.8

slept for 11 hours have a headace and still have a lot of mucus in my lungs, not really gotten 100% healty after the flu, canceled my fitness today and slept...
so yesterday NO excercise. 1970 calories eaten 109 gr carb and 74 gr. protein
