not going in the right direction, having trouble to fall asleep, didn´t sleep untill after 5 in the night.. and did go up to eat some yoghurt at around 2 in this night.. yesterday NO exercise, ate 2500 calories of which 120 grams of carbs and 145 gr of proteins

My BG was 6.2mmol/L this a.m. It was 7.2mmol/L before I went to bed.. This is day 6 post stopping the glyburide. I wonder how long it takes for the glyburide to flush from my body?

Morning I was 7.1 this morning. Its really weird, I can test in middle of night and can be 5.8 but when its time to get up, I'm always higher. Never been told where I should be first thing in mornings, its all a bit confusing. Was diagnosed last October.
