Hello everyone

This is my first post on this site. I take my level about 75 mins after I wake up and after a sugarless cup,of tea and it is usually 10.5. I would like it to be lower .

Hi @why397 - Test it when you get up (some test it whilst still in bed upon waking) and you'll probably find it to be lower?

I was not home testing my BG at first My 1st home reading at 2pm in July, was 15.1 mmol/L
Nowadays, it's usually in the 7's or 8's
Have you joined the low carb program? I'm now in week 4
I have found this group particularly helpful in offering advice and info :happy:
