4.7 first day back from holiday. On holiday - anywhere between 4.9 - 6.1 over the two weeks.

Nope, not a clue. If anything, my intake yesterday was higher carb than normal...

Perhaps you're not eating enough to satisfy your liver that you're not in immediate danger of starvation, thus prompting it to dump glucose into your bloodstream to help you cope.

4.4 at 10 AM down from 7.7 at 4 AM. Definitely too much basal.
I was gonna basal test all day but I think it's unnecessary now. It's been going down like that all week overnight.
