What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning- last day of my hols before the big journey home tomorrow.
I may not have time to post tomorrow much so I’ll wish @Debandez @shelley262 and your bold legion of mighty warriors the very best of British for the Birmingham extravaganza tomorrow.
As for me, I am 6.1 today and contemplating the walk of shame that greets the end of every holiday as I take the empties to the bottle bank.

Morning all. A bright yet crisp one here. I agree about the autumnal feel. 5.4 on the meter ....I didnt get a chance to read yesterday as it was so full on....... Have a great Friday............

Morning All. 5.2 at 0800. Bliss. Sorry you’re inder the weather (literally) @ianpspurs hope it doesnt get any worse. Keep the tea going, I believe in it.
@shelley262 @Debandez @Goonergal and all pilgrims to Birmingham have a great time and spread the word. Cant wait to hear how it all goes. Any TV interviews do give the heads up.
Have a good day one and all.

Good morning all. Looking forward to a day outside and some tapas and red wine to end the day. Blood sugars were 5.2 this morning.

@ianpspurs -- Sorry to hear you are under the weather. Hope you feel better soon.
@shelley262, @Rachox, @Goonergal, ,@Debandez -- Have a wonderful time in Birmingham. I am looking forward to your reports.

good morning all :)

4.2 today

sunny but chillier this morning, off to the charity shop today so probably a walk later if it stays fine.
Safe journey and a successful and fun meeting for those going to Birmingham for tomorrow :)

@ianpspurs hope the 'under the weather' feeling goes away soon.

Enjoy your day everyone :)

Morning all yesterday I gave up on trying to get the mustard version of my fur coat so I went to New Look and bought the black version instead which weirdly I like better now. Last nights BG pre bed was 10.8 then at 2.05 am I had a hypo of 3.9 treated it with a packet of crisps (I know I shouldn’t be eating crisps at 2am) and this mornings BG is 4.9

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who ride.......put your own slant on that......
A strangely 5.8 for me this morning.

Well folks have a good day, I am being left unsupervised again this morning so I might just get together wif my mates mayos and chayhem close pals wif chaos and mayhem hehehehe.

Morning all. This isn't going well so far - dew on the ground and mist in the distance so Autumnal, fbg 5.8 and stubborn cold/virus hanging around like the smell of fried fish in a bedsit:arghh: Still, plenty of tea and Spurs won on Monday so things could be much worse (and probably will)
Hope all who sail in HMS Birmingham event have a useful time and any encounters with the natives don't require translators.
Get well soon

Get well soon, may your foot the ball team gain another 2 points in the first division, mind you wif players of the calibre of Jimmy Greaves, Danny Blanchflower and big Bill Nich. as manager they must be in for a good season.
Stay hydrated and only mildly inebriated.

Thanks for the good wishes @alf_Josiah. The issue is not bad just enough to make me be cautious around exercise. That makes the days seem awfully long and ties me up in knots debating about the need to eat if I ain't moving much.:banghead: You also forgot to mention Dave Mackay who has still never been properly replaced.
