What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

My eyes weren't blurry at all. Do take sunglasses though, I was ok with my reactolight specs (the outside world was very bright).

I read the notice about not driving so I cycled. It was further than I normally cycle and it was bright on the way home. The idea of sunglasses is most defiantly a good idea, if you do drive your insurance may not be valid if they have advised you not to drive. Take care
 
6.0 today, a relection of my night out at a new bar on Saturday. The bar was serving bottles of prosecco for under £15. The fault lies with them ;)

Today I had a lovely breakfast in Sainsbury's. Nothing is 100% low carb so I always end up swapping items. It is such a faff. I was 5 minutes deciding. So I've taken it upon myself to write a little card suggesting a low carb option. No toast no hash browns, no beans as they crop up on so many options. I end up picking and paying for separate items. Today it came to over £6. Then a pot of tea on top of that (not literally haha). Halumi, bacon, x 2, eggs fried x 2, large mushroom, sausage x 1. It was delicious. Anyway it's worth a shot!

At the bottom of a person's post there is a row of little icons/emojis (thumbs up, check/tick, laughing face, etc.). Hover over each and it will say what it means and then you can just click to pick. The thumbs-up one is LIKE.

Prosecco at just £15 is wicked! Breakfast sounded good :-)
