Was a nice change although I gave it a lashing of hot pepper sauce, not sure I've seen those hua Jiao peppers at Tesco's I use the red birds eye chillies as a rule or the jars of chopped chilli, I do love my spicy food though,

They are a main ingredient of Kung Po. very nice.The peppers are little dry seeds that aren't hot, they're just funny like a small citrus bomb amongst the heat or the other red chillis you put in Szechuan. Hope you get some @trick60
