What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

My FBG this morning was the lowest ever at 5.3, I suspect because I exercised late last evening and because I woke up before my liver did.

I was looking for a very optimistic thread I can’t find back now. It was about a guy who was in the news because he had type 1 reversed, supposively because of a unique genetic trait, who came on this forum to anser questions.

3.1 this morning after coffee with 2 tea spoons of sugar went up to 6.6 now back down to 3.6 what to do I don't know..

I think Dawn Phenomenon didn’t know about the clock going back. Ha, fooled DP as I left the clock until this morning. I mean, my days of being awake at 2 am on a Sunday are well and truly done, so wasn’t staying up to adjust the clock.
I digress, though. This morning fasting 5.2. Celebrating with big breakfast. Earlier than my ususual 11:00am, because my internal clock tells me it is time to eat.
Happy Sunday everyone.
@JohnEGreen , hope you feel better.

Hug @JohnEGreen - no poem for that just S and W + hugs @DEBBIESCOTT Larry Libre?:D @ert that seems higher than your norm, COVID after effects? @Pipp great fbg. @DJC3 great fbg aussi. 7.0 after a night of debauchery in which I had a too large portion of Eton Mess at my fisncee's friends wedding. I was weak and capitulated. I don't regret it though as it tasted amazing. Firmly back on the trail as of today.
Hug for the high fbg but probably good to "get it out of your system". We have made an LC Eaton Mess since I adore said dish. Worked well but I hate the after taste of erythritol with a passion.

5.4 this morning, which is a lot better than I expected. I went to bed on 6.1 - my fbg is usually similar to bedtime.

Have a great week all. Enjoy your holiday @BrianDoc I agree it’s good to give testing a break now and then.
Winner for getting decorating done after 2 jabs @Marianne67 ( but I can only give you a ‘like’ as I use the app and it’s the only option!)
Glad things settled down yesterday @JohnEGreen , hope all is well today.
@ianpspurs I don’t like erythritol much either, have you tried Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener? Doesn’t have that horrible burning coldness.
