7.0 this morning. Done a covid test yesterday it was negative still feel off though. My numbers did tapered down during the day and i went to bed on a 5.8 so don't think whatever little dose I have is effecting or showing in my daytime numbers.
Dull morning still can feel a bit of heat. Enjoy your day floks
