Morning all 6.6 .I'll take that as I had a 7.1 going to bed but I think i know where It came from . I had a chicken kebab from chipper without the bread but I think the sauce was too carby/sugary plus I had an extra couple of squares of dark chocolate last night. maybe maybe not who knows. I have the pleasure of loads of kids banging down the door later on this evening for Halloween goodies. Enjoy your day folks
Just on spiking, at 58%, I’d ditch the Porridge, ditch all carbs. I can easily spike on a particular carbostien. Just zap ‘em.

7.4 - Yesterday, all day was in the 6s, went to bed on a 9.2, fruit and roasted parsnips with roasted chicken washed down with 2 glasses of white Cote du Rhône, so, two points knocked off over night, works for me.

Morning All @Ryhia thanks for the hug. 7.1 today which is not very good. I am thinking could it be affected by taking it roughly an hour later than last week. I think I will take my meter up to bed and take it if I can before I come downstairs. Worth a try. Another soggy moggy day here. Happy Tuesday all.
