I usually just wing it to depend how I am feeling. I have unsweetened almond milk then mix the cream and almond milk together then add the hot water, its yummy!

In a mug I like 4-5 teaspoonfuls floated on top, but only 1 cup 4-5 times a week. That suits me but we are all different
Been in this position ourselves over years with the dogs we’ve had but I wouldn’t mind it all over again if I could just have our Louie back for one last time, we lost him last November he had chronic Bronchitis on two inhalers and after never being without a dog in 43 years I can’t put myself through all that again it was horrendous see him struggling for every breath. He was a black pug and never had breathing issues but out in Lytham were took him for a day out someone’s dog had kennel cough and that was the beginning of a long 12month journey to hell. So give your dog a hug from me and hope he or she doesn’t do this too often. Best Wishes K
