Morning all. Bedtime 7.4. This morning after my shower, 10.2?????. I just don't understand that at all! That was a shock. I hadn't eaten or drunk anything so why so high?

Some people report that their bloods rise after a shower. I can't say mine does with a shower but I certainly see a rise on walking downstairs. Only lasts a couple of minutes but it is frustrating.

But surely that's just your body working as it should, moving glucose to the muscles when they are working and needing fuel?

Yep, fess-up time: a truly indulgent period has landed my in the post-apocalyptic realm of 9s and 10s. Who’d have thought, being a T2, would result in this? Who?
