Morning all, 6.8 for me this morning, down from 8.9 last night. Given all the carbs I have reduced and the level of daily exercise I am undertaking I am disappointed my sugars are not lower.

It can take time, don't beat yourself up over it

Morning all, 8.6 this morning down from 11.2 last night. Hurt my shoulder yesterday so only managed 30 sit ups. I still only ate less than 100 carbs. Darn it. @plantae I hope your sugars are up this morning.

Ouchie! I use a warm pack plus Neurofen. However, make sure you haven't done anything more serious than muscular.
