What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

@Estragon don't understand your pay as you go comment re GP surgery?
Hello, I reviewing and trawling through my GP Surgery's web site and noticed that there are a number of PAID for appointment and services I wasn’t aware of before now. In the present climate I was wondering who else has noticed any encouragement on the free at point of delivery, at “others” surgeries.

Morning All. 7.0 so creaking slowly in the right direction I hope. Eye injection today so need to be strong. @Estragon don't understand your pay as you go comment re GP surgery? @RosemaryJackson good to see you back. Happy Tuesday everyone.
Hope you get on ok at the hospital today, relax & take it easy after

Been on a bit of a retreat. Hibernating. Not checking fadting levels.
This is day 99 of participation in Zoe big fast study, eating in window of no more than 10 hours duration. Usually within 7-8 hours window. Carb less than 50g.
Fasting today 8.2. :rolleyes::confused:
Trying to decide next step.. Fast 800 keto, or just go ask for meds.
Think I would be exhausting all avenues before asking for meds, but that is just me. Hugs to you it can't be easy.

Some self referrals to NHS services but can't see anywhere where they are asking for money so short answer - No.

Thanks, yes. I am trying to avoid meds. Have Metformin for T2 atm. Don’t really want any more. Weary of it all now. Fast 800 keto is my last resort. Going to give it a go, starting tomorrow.
This morning 8.6 :bigtears:
