Yeah well 7.2 this morning - enough said there. Think its the Lindt dark 90% chocolate I had the day before yesterday. Seems to keep my levels up a fair few days after. Off for my work out anyway.

5.9 this morning. Late night Greek yoghurt with blueberries after shopping trip. Better management and more activity coming soon…not Debbiescott levels of activity (how do you make time to do that? ) but an increase.

I enjoy it so make time, I work full time & commute 40 miles a day, road bike coming out of hibernation soon
Kids have left home & share the housework with husband which gives me more time

4.9 this morning dispite a heavier carb meal last night out at dinner. Stir fried noodles with veggies and some chips that my friend kept offering because there were too many on her plate.

Ah, righto! So, the inverse of that is that eating Carbs does make you hungry? Yes? You could be onto something. Interesting.

Yes I tend to eat more when consuming carbs. They make me hungrier in a shorter time and then I will snack.

FBG 7.9 this morning . 6.3 bed time . Fbg seem to be raising all the time. Only consolation is my day numbers are OK I even had a 4.4 yesterday .

It's not dissimilar to a Bluebell Tea or a Snowdrop tea or Cherry blossom tea. All are just an excuse for cake, and socialising.
Sometimes they have a charity aspect giving s proceeds to a charity. Daffodils are the symbol of Marie Curie cancer nurses
