Morning All big and delicious family bbq yesterday, ate way too much meat and (whisper) a brioche bun for my burger so no surprise really fbg is 8.0. Today will be way more disciplined foodwise. @RosemaryJackson hug for the fall and hope not too many bruises. Happy BH everyone.
