Morning all 4.94 this awesome sunny morning. Yesterday along with my meals I ate two small Ruby Red Kiwi, which did not raise my bg that much. Very sweet and good for metabolism. Have a nice day everyone.
I've never seen any Ruby or Golden kiwi but they sound lovely . Not sure if they have them in the UK .

Mmm, kiwi….
today was 6.8, no reason
sunshine today but it was 4 degrees here this morning and my pepper plants were not happy.
went to the gym, did some shopping and then drove to the lake with dog and hubby for an amazing hike. Didn’t run into a soul! Luckily we didn’t run into a bear or a moose either. The dog wears a bell and that really helps.
weve had such cool weather but this weekend we’re hitting the 30’s!

libre 5.1 slowly been rising from being rudely awaked with 3.8 alarm going off must of been compression low or something. got up walked to bathroom to wash hands returned 4.3 glad didn't have to prick finger had enough of that yesterday.

Lots of exercise yesterday first mile swimming with IOB ended up going low several hours afterwards. next time swimming think good idea to just skip meal insulin then if required correctional dosage later
