What's your weight loss today/this week?

I have lost 3lb this week and am following the Slimming World eating plan. Wieght has dropped from 17 stone 7lb down to 15 stone 8lb in 30 weeks. Just another 28lb to go. My blood sugar readings used to range from 6-9 and now are between 4.3 and 6.4. Eat more fruit and carbs than I used to and feel the better for it.
 
Life has still been cruel to me, but despite no great effort I lost 1 & 1/3 lb, I'm hoping my situation will resolve itself in the next few weeks-feels like I've had a lifetime of pressure in just a few months. Then I'll be able to get on track properly again-I have already got my reward tattoo so I'm glad I am losing anyway.
 
Finally, lost the last pound and a half, making 5 stone (70 pounds) lost, bringing my weight down to 8 stone 10 lbs. The last few pounds were really slow to come off, but I did it My BMI has come down from over 36 to 23.89.

Right another week and still the same weight. MW is having the same problem neither of us has lost a pound in coming up to 3 weeks! A change is in order so although the recently adopted cheeseburger pie and variants menu is essentially a VLC one (< 30g / day) we've decided to go back to the slightly higher carb diet we were on (around 60g / day) as that was giving an average 2lb a week loss.

I was hoping to get my weight right down in a year and I've done it in 11 months. I'll just keep going with what I'm doing and see what happens. My weight loss has slowed right down, but I'm very toned which is rather nice. My treat to myself was to buy a Fitbit which should arrive at the weekend.
 
Well my 20 day run of being stuck has come to end and I have finally lost a pound! Now down to 13st 9lbs BMI 24.5

Yes that and giving up Cheeseburger Pie :cry:

No idea why the Cheeseburger Pie and its variants seem to stop the weightloss but the introduction of those kind of things did coincide with the big stop. Happened with MW as well and she has lost weight this week too. So will have to put the lovely stuff on hold until I lose some more as it seems an ideal way of maintaining your current weight! Nothing is allowed to interfere with the master plan not even Cheeseburger Pie I'm afraid.
 
2lb off this week! I'm pretty well back on the diet now, and no more alcohol. Another 2lb and I'm back to my pre-Christmas weight; then I can get started on the next 5 stone!

I don't usually post here, cos I've been VLCing since Febuary, and I've been losing about 3lbs a month, which is decent but not spectacular.

For the last week I've cut out dairy (I was eating a lot of cheese and cream) and all of a sudden I've lost 5lbs in a week!
 
Wow. That's interesting Stephen. I've been eating loads of cheese. (Although I don't like cream)

Yes, well I was seriously over-indulging on the cream, a couple of cans of squirty cream a week, with maybe a big pot of single cream too. To be honest it's surprising I was losing any weight...

I blame wiflib by the way. I was a good boy until she converted me with her squirty cream obsession. Do you think I could sue her?

A year or so to lose it, then a year and a half of being ill (not able to walk) and I put on about 3st again and then I have lost those again now in about 6 months time.
 
the scales at the gym weigh in kg, so I lost 0.6 kg which my phone converter says is 1.3 lb in a week, so which i'm pleased with as I haven't had the best of times lately so haven't been able to make the effort to lose weight-must be stress! i'm into my last stone to lose, so any loss is a good loss especially at this stage.
