I have lost 3lb this week and am following the Slimming World eating plan. Wieght has dropped from 17 stone 7lb down to 15 stone 8lb in 30 weeks. Just another 28lb to go. My blood sugar readings used to range from 6-9 and now are between 4.3 and 6.4. Eat more fruit and carbs than I used to and feel the better for it.
