The ones you've got used to, low fat, are different from what yogurt is meant to be. Good natural yogurt should have a sharpness, which a lot of people counteract with fruit. If you are in Lidl's you could try their Turkish yogurt, it is a slightly firmer set one and I find a bit sweeter than their Greek one. I go through a Greek one each week with blueberrys and nuts for my breakfast. I would recommend them as in this new world it is best to give everything a go, just in case it's the one for you.
