Hiya I average between 50 and 100 a day, it's easier to eat less carbs as less spikes, but I do make a golden rule of avoiding quick acting carbs unless having a hypo, so avoiding sugar, white pasta, bread, cakes etc
About 60ish... try and keep it brown/slow release, tho I do find belvita breakfast biscuits are good for hypos.. gets the blood sugars up without spiking!!
Really interesting to see all your ranges. Thanks for responding. I'm hovering around 90g. I find I'm eating a banana before cardio workouts. As I hypo if not . Trail and error I guess.
I strictly low carb'd < 30 grams per day for 3 years.Nowadays I only low carb for meals i.e. for breakfast ~ 6g , lunch ~12 g and dinner ~12 g but then for supper I eat whatever I want :-0
Typically 30g-80g per day for me although the meter reads a lot more as I tell it about the protein I'm going to eat and the only way to do that is as carbs.
