@TracyC as I was just about to post exactly the same confession! I don't know what has happened over the past few weeks but I have had cake (brother's birthday), biscuits and sweets (left over from school residential trip and consumed over half term whilst trying to put off report writing

), chips (pub quiz night), rubbish chocolate and ordinary bread

Haven't dared to test BS levels during this time but am now determined to get back on it so:
